Refund Policy

How refunds work for purchases of our products.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of our products. Payments made by card are processed by Stripe; payments made through PayPal are processed and receipted by our affiliated company 上海微观思索科技有限公司（Shanghai Weiguan Sisuo Technology Co., Ltd.）.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not substantially used paid features, we will refund that payment in full.
If you request a refund within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used paid features since that renewal, we will refund the renewal.
Otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

Credit packs

An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

One-time purchases

If we cannot deliver your purchase, for example because generation fails and cannot be recovered, we will refund it in full.
Once your purchase has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

Service failures

If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.

How to request a refund

Email contact@hackthinkinglab.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show them.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We can usually resolve the issue faster directly.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
